Day 1
MARRAKECH, OUARZAZATE
Departure from Marrakech for crossing the High Atlas Mountains. We visit the Kasbah of Pascha Glaoui in Telouet and the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village that is on the World Heritage List of UNESCO and is also the scene of famous film productions such as Gladiator and Games of Thrones. Third visit will be the cinema studios of Ouarzazate. We will reach your hotel in Ouarzazate at the beginning of the evening.
OUARZAZATE, SKOURA VALLEY, DADES, TODRA GORGES
Departure from the gorges of Ouarzazate to Todra past Skoura Palmery, where you will stop to visit a 16th century kasbah. We continue our way to Rose Valley, where we leave the main road to make an exciting off-road drive to visit a nomad family. As soon as we reach Dades Gorges, we will have lunch, visit the gorges and take a walk in the beautiful landscape. We reach the Todra Gorges at the end of the afternoon to spend the night.
TODRA PALMERY, MERZOUGA
After breakfast we take a walk in Todra Palmery and the gorges and stop for a cup of tea with a local family. We continue or leave for Merzouga. We have lunch in a berber village. In Merzouga you get a room to set up your luggage and you start the magical experience of a camel ride to the middle of the dunes and spend the night under the million stars. Night and dinner in Berber tents.
MERZOUGA, RISSANI, TAZARINE, DRAA PALMERY, KASBAH VAN 16 EEUW
Departure in the morning from Merzouga to Agdezpassing Rissani, the cradle of the Alaouite dynasty and the village of Tazarin where they recorded the film Babel. We stop for a lunch in Nkob, the village of 45 kashbas. After lunch and visiting the kasbah we continue our way to Draa Palmery, the best palmery in Morocco. We drive in the old road of the caravans. Dinner and night in a 16th-century kasbah.
OUARZAZATE, MARRAKECH
After breakfast we take a walk in the palmery before we continue our way, crossing the beautiful landscape of the Anti Atlas Mountains to reach Ouarzazate. We will have the opportunity to visit Fint Oasis. After lunch we drive back to Marrakech via the High Atlas Mountains and reach your hotel at the end of the afternoon.
Marrakech is a city of many contrasts! The 1001 night feeling has never been so close! But there's more! So much more! Outside Marrakesh there is a world and a landscape that absolutely must be discovered, because of you! The Atlas Mountains, small villages with the sweetest people, beautiful nature and of course the Sahara desert.
